James and his team fixed my SwitchOn for free (I offered to pay but they refused!) in just a few days over Christmas. I was very impressed and they made me a customer for life. I plan to upgrade my landing lights next annual and I plan to buy those from James as well.

Greg H - Had one for almost 5 years now since my 2G unit got bricked. Simply put, it just works! And they have great service support... Last February, I came back from a flight and plugged the plane back in. I'd forgotten to switch the SwitcheOn off and when I plugged in the ceramic heater I was using for cabin preheat, I heard a pop and the SwitcheOn was dead. Turns out, the heater cord had developed a short from flexing over the years (it's not used anymore for preheating). So I emailed SwitcheOn asking if there was an internal fuse I'd blown and where I could find it. Within an hour, Jake replied "For insurance purposes they're not user serviceable but we fix em for free." I shipped it back to Kansas with a note mentioning that the display was getting a little faint also. I got the unit back in a week, with a new display. Happy customer! Highly recommended.
