Gallagher Aviation is able to provide factory certification and test reports (if available) and FAA 8130 forms on FAA approved products. Costs are $15 on manufacturer certification(s) and $50 for FAA 8130 forms, per product, to secure this documentation. You can submit this request through the Contact Us link at https://www.gallagheraviationllc.com/crm.asp?action=contactusv or email/call us. For international orders FAA 8130 forms are available at no cost, if required. If available, the forms must be requested at time of order and in some cases the product must be special-ordered from the factory with the forms. These forms cannot be furnished after you receive the product. Anticipate shipping delays if 8130 Forms are requested. Due to delays and costs involved in furnishing these forms, we advise that you check to see if a certificate of conformance will suffice in lieu of an FAA 8130 form.
